Clinical operations and outbreak readiness

Medical unit manager · Mali and Côte d’Ivoire

Context
Clinical care, infectious-disease surveillance, Ebola preparedness, and emergency response for Level 1 hospitals serving more than 200 and 300 personnel respectively.
Contribution
Led multidisciplinary medical operations, emergency response, and medical evacuation where readiness, clear decision rights, and reliable execution were essential.
